Carpet Cleaning We offer carpet cleaning using a hot water extraction machine.

Hard Floor Polishing We use the latest high solids metalised emulsion polishes to
produce a high gloss finish combined with good slip resistance.
A major benefit of these polishes is that the same product can
be used on a variety of floor surfaces (vinyl, marble, terrazzo,
sealed wood etc) thereby reducing the cost as only one product
is needed throughout the building, and also preventing possible
problems where floors meet that have been treated with different
products.

Jet Washing We have a petrol driven cold water pressure washer for jet
cleaning refuse areas, bins, paving, car parks etc. This service,
whilst generally in conjunction with cleaning the communal areas
of flats, can be undertaken as a separate contract for areas
requiring regular maintenance.

Safety Eyebolts and Ladder Ties
We can install and test, or simply test existing installations on
an annual basis according to B.S. EN 795. |
